This role offers an opportunity to impact our Drug Product Services (DPS) network across three sites in Switzerland, ensuring flawless supply chain operations and high-quality data management. Key responsibilities :
* Process accountability for Operational Buying Activities, Master Data Management, and Inventory Management across the DPS network
* Manage a team of Operational Buyers and ERP / Master Data Specialists
* Develop your team and processes to support future growth, collaborating closely with global partners
* Guide Operational Buyers for Raw Materials in collaboration with global procurement
* Lead the master data organization for the DPS network
* Carry out inventory management, define and manage actions impacting inventory, and prepare inventory reports and projections in collaboration with customer service, material, and supply planners
* Develop proactive strategies to anticipate and mitigate risks in inventory, material supply, and master data management
Key requirements :
* BSc in Supply Chain Management or equivalent; APICS certification preferred
* Extensive experience in a manufacturing site within the pharma (GMP controlled) industry
* Strong background in Supply Chain, including supply planning, inventory management, and data analysis tools
* Structured, analytical, and a natural leader with some leadership experience
* Proficiency in SAP R3
* Proficient in both German and English
