We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager (m/f/d) for a client project with the following background and expertise:
* Master’s degree or higher in a technology-related discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar)
* Strong software development background with hands‑on experience in modern engineering practices
* Solid experience in software architecture and system design
* Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills across technical and business teams
* Practical experience with the SAFe framework; SAFe certification is a plus
* Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage
Work load: 100 %
Start: April 2026
Duration: December 2026 (with option for extension)
