Responsibilities
* Ensuring 1st level and on-site support as well as assisting in resolving incidents (2nd level)
* Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows and Mac clients using Intune
* Optimization of existing and implementation of new IT solutions, including analysis, testing, and documentation
* Application support, Active Directory administration, and maintenance of technical documentation
* Performing system maintenance and providing instructions to employees
* Participation in and leadership of infrastructure projects
* Training of end users
* Support of branch offices without local IT staff and maintenance of the IT infrastructure
Qualifications and experience
* Completed training as an IT specialist or a comparable qualification
* Several years of experience in the IT environment, particularly in Service Desk (at least 3 years of professional experience)
* Solid knowledge of Intune, Microsoft Power Apps, network technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and common ITSM tools (e.g., ITIL)
* Experience with SCCM, PowerShell, and administration of Microsoft Teams and ServiceDesk Plus
* Experience in technical project management
* Ideally, Apple certification
* Knowledge of working with network printers and secure print solutions such as “uniFlow”
* Good command of German and English
* Additional languages such as French or Spanish are an advantage
* Structured, independent working style with strong customer and quality orientation
* Communicative and strong team player
