What are we looking for The Kusnacht Practice is seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating medical appointments for our clients, both internally and with external medical partners. You will ensure that all arrangements are carefully aligned across clinics, hospitals, and specialists, while maintaining clear and respectful communication with all parties involved.
Your Responsibilities Coordinate internal and external medical appointments, including direct communication with partner clinics and hospitals
Provide administrative and financial support related to medical visits, including cost estimations, invoicing, and credit card reconciliation
Accompany clients to external medical appointments when needed
Actively participate in client therapy operations, including Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT), infrared sauna, and cryotherapy
Manage and maintain external medical partnerships, including visit planning and documentation
Support quality management processes such as audits, facility walkthroughs, and documentation (Quality Management (QM) qualification is a clear asset)
Contribute to inspection readiness and regulatory documentation standards
Coordinate on-call schedules and availability planning for the medical team
You are/have Background as a Medical Practice Assistant (MPA) or equivalent medical-administrative training
Fluent in German and English
Proven experience in appointment coordination and client-focused medical administration
Strong organisational and EDP (electronic data processing) skills
Excellent communication style: professional, persistent, and collaborative
A structured, proactive, and reliable work ethic
Ability to remain resilient and composed under pressure
High degree of discretion, service orientation, and empathy
Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, with Saturday shifts required occasionally as part of a rotating schedule within a standard five-day workweek
Driver’s licence is required
Eligibility to work in Switzerland
