Project manager commerce and studies

As part of a permanent position, the OK Job'Xpert service is looking for a Project Manager Commerce and Technical for a General - Total Company to manage offers in close collaboration with the design office.

• You hold a HES engineering degree or equivalent and have 5 to 8 years in a similar role in a General - Total Company, in French-speaking Switzerland and particularly in the canton of Vaud.
• Equipped with analytical and synthesis skills, you demonstrate autonomy, proactivity and adaptability in all circumstances,
• You master the usual professional IT tools with great ease (Messerli, MS Project...)
• Performance spirit and pride in a job well done,
• Interpersonal skills, ease of integration and benevolent communication,
• Excellent listening, communication and negotiation skills

• Business selection and opportunity research.
• Interface between the Technical Design Office, the Legal Department, the operational Divisions and the Company Management.
• Develop the network of real estate actors in line with the commercial strategy (Project Owners, AMO/RMO, agents)
• Synthesis of files for presentation to Management during internal closures and handovers to operational teams.
• Drafting of offers.
• Preparation of offer presentations and defence thereof before Project Owners/AMO.
• Negotiations and contract finalisations.
• Transfer to the construction teams.
• Organisation and participation in events aimed at creating client relationships and promoting the Company’s image.
• Ensure the Company’s external representation.
• Monitor market trends and the institutional context related to real estate development and translate this into strategy, objectives and action plans
