Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Assessing client challenges and developing solutions to meet their objectives;
* Delivering high-quality advice on strategic, business model, or operating model dimensions;
* Ensuring top-notch quality of deliverables;
* Leading client presentations and workshops;
* Developing project plans, managing project execution, and supporting implementation;
Team and Client Management
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing client stakeholders, building and organizing multidisciplinary delivery teams, leveraging global Capgemini assets and capabilities, coaching, empowering, and upskilling consultants, developing and leveraging external and internal networks to spot and grow opportunities, developing end-to-end commercial proposals, managing client relationships during and after engagements, and contributing to service offering development.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* An outstanding bachelor's or Master's degree in a renowned university, business school, or university of applied sciences in the field of business informatics, business administration, financial services, or economics;
* Strong knowledge of the Swiss insurance industry on topics such as innovation, digital, and data transformation, growth strategy, client segmentation, and value proposition, operational efficiency, cost reduction, process & organization optimization, target operating model, outsourcing & near-/offshoring of operations, and regulatory transformation;
* Business development experience, including active client networks in Switzerland, sales, and proven experience in identifying and developing opportunities, including commercial proposal construction;
* Leadership experience with proven leadership skills and high emotional intelligence, confidence, and maturity to work with senior management;
* Consulting experience, preferably 5+ years (for Managers) to 7+ years (for Senior Managers), in consulting for financial institutions, committed to pursuing a professional career in management consulting;
* Rational thinking and ease of combining technological understanding, strategic evaluation, and implementation, rigorous, autonomous, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
* Fluent English and German language skills, both written and spoken, French being a plus, strong presentation and moderation skills;
