The position is based in the private markets team that liaises with various investment management teams (private debt, private equity, infrastructure, real estate) and relationship managers. The team handles investor relations activities throughout our funds' lifecycle, including preparing marketing documentation, responding to client questionnaires and RFPs, creating white papers, market commentary, data analysis, and coordinating investor events.
Your responsibilities as a Junior Private Markets Writer include:
1. Supporting the completion of RFPs and DDQs across private market asset classes;
2. Maintaining and updating the content database with input from subject matter experts;
3. Assisting in preparing white papers, market commentary, and other writing pieces on private markets;
4. Creating and updating communication materials such as newsletters and website content;
5. Providing proofreading support and handling ad hoc or project work as delegated;
6. Gaining and maintaining detailed knowledge of LGT CP’s private markets investment strategies and staying informed on relevant developments;
7. Collaborating with colleagues across private markets teams to generate content ideas aligned with the company's strategy;
8. Building effective relationships within the team in Switzerland and globally at LGT CP.
Requirements:
* University degree in finance, economics, or a related field;
* CAIA, CFA, or other relevant professional qualification is advantageous;
* Highly numerate with the ability to analyze data and synthesize complex information;
* Proficient in MS Office applications and interested in digital tools and systems;
* Hardworking, proactive, and goal-oriented;
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail;
* Excellent communication skills, capable of working under deadlines;
* Team-oriented with a focus on achieving excellence.
Home Office: After a successful probation period, you will work in the office three days a week and have the option to work remotely two days in Switzerland. A home office allowance is provided.
