Job Description
* Design and deliver talent attraction campaigns aligned with the global talent strategy.
* Develop initiatives to enhance candidate engagement and experience across all touchpoints.
* Create compelling content (visuals, copy, video) tailored to different platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and career sites.
* Partner with recruitment teams to develop and roll out events targeting students and graduates.
* Coordinate and schedule content publishing to ensure alignment and impact.
* Contribute to cross-functional projects related to talent attraction and employer branding.
* Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance; propose improvements and define KPIs.
* Collaborate closely with HR leaders and other stakeholders to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
The Successful Applicant
* Previous experience in HR marketing, employer branding, digital marketing, or communications.
* Bachelor's degree in HR, Marketing/Communications, or Graphic Design (or equivalent).
* Proficiency in design and video tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, Premier Pro).
* Strong command of social media platforms, especially LinkedIn and Instagram.
* Creative mindset with excellent storytelling skills and attention to detail.
* Fluent in English; German and/or French is a plus.
