We are currently seeking an innovative individual to join our dynamic team as a Business Development Manager.

B2B Solutions is a division within LG Electronics focused on Information Displays. Our Vertical Sales and Marketing team aims to enhance LG B2B Solutions' presence in key European vertical markets by offering comprehensive, tailored solutions to local and international clients. The Business Development Manager (BDM) will develop go-to-market strategies for the Retail, Corporate, and Education sectors, responsible for sales growth and profitability targeting existing and new customers across Europe, either directly or through specialized system integrators.

Location: Dietikon, Kanton Zürich


Your Responsibilities

1. Analyze, segment, and target untapped market areas within the assigned sub-vertical.
2. Define the ecosystem and stakeholders of key customers and develop activities to expand the customer base, either directly or via system integrators and value-added resellers.
3. Identify new demand within the vertical industries through key account management and partner networking.
4. Develop customer offerings based on LG's internal portfolio and external components and services through partnerships to enhance competitiveness.
5. Support and guide local sales teams with presentations, market data, and training to penetrate the sub-vertical.
6. Plan activities to increase LG's industry presence at events, directly or via partners.
7. Provide weekly updates on activities and opportunities, follow up on business plans, and report monthly on account development.
8. Use Salesforce to track opportunities and ensure transparent reporting to stakeholders.
9. Collaborate with logistics and service departments to maintain high service levels and customer satisfaction during and after sales.
10. This role can be based in a home office or Dietikon office, with a requirement to travel 50%.


Your Qualifications

* 3-5 years of business development or international sales experience in Retail, Corporate, or Education verticals, preferably in Pro AV, IT, or Hardware Systems with LED or Displays, including Business Development, Key Account Management, and Pre-Sales.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; an MBA is a plus.
* Strategic thinking and understanding of the B2B ecosystem (VAR, SI, and end customers) within the sub-vertical.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to articulate complex issues and solutions with measurable results.
* Innovative, out-of-the-box thinker.
* Proven ability to build trustful relationships at the C-level.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Result-oriented with a proven track record.
* Leadership qualities to inspire and lead colleagues and customers.
* Entrepreneurial and proactive, capable of working across functions and countries.
* Experience in Solution Selling and new customer acquisition.
* Fluent in German and English; proficiency in French or Italian is a strong plus.
