About the role:
PG3 AG is looking for an Investment Analyst (Alternative Investments) to join our Investor Relations team in Baar, ZG (Switzerland), at an employment level of 80-100%.
In this role, you will act as a key link between the investment teams and Investor Relations, helping to shape investor communications and simplify complex financial topics. You will support reporting, presentations, and marketing materials, coordinate cross-functional projects, and contribute to smooth operations across teams.
Our Investor Relations team takes care of the founding families of PG3 as well as close partners and co-investors invested in a broad mandate across alternatives (insurance finance, legal finance, royalty finance). You will be part of a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment, contributing to both strategic and operational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as a key liaison between the investment teams and Investor Relations Team
* Develop engaging and high-quality content for investor communications, tailored to various audiences
* Simplify complex financial structures into intuitive, visually impactful materials that enhance client understanding
* Design and maintain client presentations and marketing materials that reflect current strategy and performance
* Lead and coordinate Due Diligence Questionnaire/RFP projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion
* Lead or support regular portfolio reporting and updates
* Drive operational problem-solving across teams to improve efficiency and collaboration
* Manage cross-functional projects, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery
* Provide support across middle- and back-office functions as needed
About you:
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented self-starter who thrives in a dynamic and multicultural environment. You should be motivated by high standards, eager to take ownership, and comfortable navigating complexity. Ideally, you bring:
* A higher degree (or equivalent) in business administration, finance, economics, or law
* Up to 2 years of professional experience in private markets or the insurance industry is a plus
* Strong interest in private markets and eagerness to learn new strategies
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines
* A collaborative mindset with a willingness to go the extra mile
* Fluent in German and English, with strong communication skills
* Reliable, flexible, and responsible approach to work
