Job Description Introduction
For one of our clients, working in the medical devices sector based in Nyon, we are looking for a:
Customer Service Representative - German, English, and French speaker
This is a 6-month temporary contract, starting from 06.01.2025 to 30.06.2025.
Responsibilities Daily management of incoming customer orders.
Follow-up on order status/backlog, taking ownership for required actions.
Issue/coordinate Credits, Rebills, Returns linked to orders as per requirements.
Investigate and close reported Disputed Invoices as per responsibility.
Address customer inquiries and complaints via phone calls or emails, including inquiries about pricing, stock availability, delivery, order status, and product information.
Highlight procedures and work instruction corrections and/or updates to your direct report if required.
Ensure appropriate communication is shared between customers and field operations.
Contribute to Daily Management (DM) ensuring business continuity and supporting department objectives.
Profile Preferably with experience in a customer support center and/or customer service administration.
Excellent telephone and communication skills.
Language skills: Fluent in German (C1 minimum), French, and English (C1 minimum). Any other European language is an asset.
Urgency-focused – prioritize critical deliverables and high-priority assignments, own a sense of urgency and prioritization.
