We are looking for a Betriebsmitarbeiter/in as a transfer beginner without mandatory experience in logistics.
As a Betriebsmitarbeiter/in in logistics, you are responsible for smooth operational processes and efficient inventory management. You should also be able to communicate with internal and external partners to ensure effective information flow. Physical fitness and a flair for safe working are a must.
Employer additional requirements: We are looking for motivated warehouse staff for the Migros distribution operation in Pratteln. The assignment runs from 15 April to 31 July 2026. 50% workload. An obligatory tour of the warehouse will take place on Monday, 13 April between 9 and 12 a.m.
Responsibilities
Processing online orders received the previous day, coordinated with truck route planning, must be commissioned in a timely manner. Quality and completeness of the commissioning are crucial for customer satisfaction.
Commissioning Tasks
Commissioning customer orders using a mobile data capture device with finger scanner.
Inventory tasks and cleaning tasks as instructed.
Requirements
German language skills at least B2.
Own vehicle required for the morning shift.
Willingness to work in a refrigerated area.
Good physical fitness (lifting up to 30 kg and walking up to 15 km per day).
No special prior experience is required. Product experience in the food sector is an advantage.
