Responsibilities:
1. Customer Account Management: Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customer accounts in the commercial vehicle aftermarket, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term cooperation. Maintain close contact with customers purchasing and logistics departments as well as CV OEM sales department.
2. New Business Development: Identify and acquire new customers, with a focus on Wholesalers and strategic aftermarket players. Understand their needs and their market environment and develop tailored quotations.
3. Quotation Preparation: Prepare competitive quotations based on customer requirements, market specifications, and strategic pricing guidelines and negotiate these with the customer.
4. Sales Strategy Execution: Support the implementation of sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets. Collaborate closely with the departments Engineering, Category Management, Logistics and Purchasing as well as with the production plants.
5. Internal Reporting: Provide structured, timely, and accurate sales reports and customer updates to the Head of Sales. Monitor and report KPIs and market feedback.
6. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve internal sales processes and support with the preparation of templates, tables and other sales related documents.
7. Market Intelligence: Monitor aftermarket trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Qualifications:
8. University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field or similar combination of training and work experience
9. 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally in the commercial vehicle or automotive aftermarket sector
10. Understanding of the aftermarket dynamics
11. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
12. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and process orientation
13. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
14. Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
15. Willingness to travel as required
