Creating in developing an effective sales strategy / sales penetration for Switzerland market and acquire new customers for IGT.

IGT's Data & Digital team collaborates closely with our customer’s business & technology teams to take solutions faster to market while sustaining quality while focusing on business value and improving overall end-Customer Experience

Our service offerings include providing consulting / advisory & delivery services to our customers to improve synergies between business & technology by enabling latest, best practice delivery and collaboration mechanisms. These include lifecycle transformation & rapid development / technology delivery services leveraging latest technology stack across the enterprise where our services include: Data Analytics, Data Engineering, Hyper-Automation, Software Engineering, Quality Engineering (Testing), Architectural Transformations, Platform services including Cloud Computing / Transformation, Systems Integration as well as IT Operations service management deliver innovative & cutting-edge solution using best practices & expertise on Agile, DevOps, Lean as well as traditional methodologies.

Responsibilities

* Extend and develop a portfolio of IGT IT services business.
* Assesss client IT needs and make recommendations including IT Services and Solutions.
* Prepare sales visits and presentations to pitch IGT IT service, solutions and combination service package to customers.
* Demonstrates IT Services / solution to highlight benefits.
* Negotiate sales and long-term contracts with customers.
* Establish sales goals and implement a plan to meet those goals.
* Track progress toward goals and document sales performance.
* Become fluent in IGT services and solutions.
* Answer questions, describe benefits, and discuss pros and cons of various services/ solutions.
* Gain familiarity with the IT industry, and stay updated on trends and innovative products.
* Assist in creating marketing literature and web-based features to promote services products and solutions.
* Attend trade exhibitions and industry events to learn about cutting-edge products and sales.
* Work for technology manufacturers, software manufacturers, IT consultancies, and technology solutions organizations.
* Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
* Conduct in-depth research to identify market opportunities.
* Examine the IT requirements of customers / market and help teams in making the pitch.
* Have decent experience selling IT solutions / products – mapping to customer needs and driving the customer sales.
* Experience with Global Delivery Model with demonstrated knowledge of processes and methodologies.
* Ability to present at senior levels, and executive levels.
* Ability to work with diverse client & IGT teams in various service lines, across multiple time zones.
* Working knowledge & awareness of the latest software engineering methodologies & technologies including Agile, DevOps, Quality Engineering / Testing, Cloud Computing (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS, EaaS), Data Science & Analytics to engage client stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong preference for a consulting experience.
* Ability to multitask and priorities.
* Attention to detail.


Qualifications & Experience

Experience level: 12 to 20 years; Deep knowledge of IT services sales, solution selling, and global delivery models; ability to engage at senior/executive levels; capability to work with diverse teams across time zones.
