Due to a replacement, we are now seeking a TPM Procurement Manager EMEA for our procurement Team in Wollerau, Switzerland. In this role, you support and drive the Third‑Party Manufacturing (TPM) subcategory across the region. This role plays a key part in strengthening procurement performance, executing strategic initiatives, driving cost savings, and managing day‑to‑day supplier relationships. You will work closely with Global Category Leads and cross‑functional partners to support category strategy, enable operational efficiency, and ensure supplier performance across cost, service, quality, and sustainability. This position is ideal for someone who is analytical, proactive, collaborative, and comfortable navigating a dynamic, multi‑brand environment.
Description
Manage day‑to‑day TPM supplier relationships in the EMEA region, ensuring strong operational collaboration and alignment with regional and global stakeholders.
Drive cost‑saving initiatives by identifying opportunities, supporting business cases, evaluating total cost of ownership (TCO), and tracking implementation.
Engage suppliers proactively to identify cost reduction, value engineering, process improvements, and payment term optimization opportunities.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with GSM, Manufacturing, Resource Planning, Finance, and Quality teams to improve supplier performance (cost, service, quality, innovation, sustainability).
Support procurement activities aligned with Global TPM Strategy, including participation in negotiations and management of agreements with guidance from Global Category Leads.
Monitor supplier financial risk, partnering with Finance and cross‑functional teams to identify, track, and escape risks.
Maintain supplier and market intelligence to support competitive sourcing decisions and drive risk mitigation.
Identify cross‑regional sourcing synergies, supporting interactions between global and regional procurement teams.
We are looking for someone who brings:
University degree in a related field
3–5 years in procurement experience or related areas
Fluency in English; an additional language is a plus.
Willingness to travel globally approx. 30%
Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP ECC, SAP SRM, Ariba Sourcing & Contracts)
Advanced MS Excel skills
Ability to run, adapt, and build reports
Analytical, pragmatic, and highly proactive
Excellent interpersonal communication and networking abilities
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving change
