Your Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate Lean projects in production and administrative areas.
* Conduct Lean training sessions, workshops, and coaching programs.
* Implement standards and Lean methodologies such as 5S, VSM, SMED, Kaizen, and Poka Yoke within the Business Unit.
* Execute, support, and monitor Lean activities while fostering a Lean culture.
* Collaborate closely with value engineering and production teams to promote interdisciplinary cooperation.
* Evaluate the effectiveness of measures, ensure their success through KPIs, and prepare reports for management.
* Introduce and develop Shopfloor Management, Hoshin Kanri, and related methodologies.
Your Profile
* Hold a university degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; technical vocational training is a plus.
* Extensive knowledge of Lean principles, including Shopfloor Management, VSM, 5S, Continuous Improvement, and SMED.
* Lean Management qualification such as Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt.
* Willing to travel nationally and internationally; demonstrate strong intercultural skills.
* Quick understanding of complex issues, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills.
* Team player with ambition, high willingness to learn, and a hands-on approach.
* Fluent in at least two of the following languages: English, German, French.
