Chief Technology Officer (CTO) scientific and technical heartbeat of Artonis AG
* Lead the evolution of our technology-from laboratory invention to clinical application
* Design and oversee bold R&D strategies in polymer and hybrid material development
* Build and inspire a top-tier interdisciplinary team of scientists and engineers
* Shape our IP portfolio and innovation strategy with creativity and foresight
* Navigate clinical and support regulatory pathways with precision and purpose
* Serve as a key voice in strategic decisions, working closely with the CEO, Board, and investors
Your profile
* PhD in organic chemistry, polymer chemistry, or closely related field
* Passion for functional biomaterials or medical polymers
* Strong track record of creative innovation and tangible outcomes
* Entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on leadership style, and a sense of adventure
* Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
* High creativity, multi disciplinarity and track record in generating intellectual property.
* Motivated, passionate, independent and highly communicative working style
