Join our team.In order to reinforce the Learning & Development team at its Headquarters in Biel/Bienne, Switzerland, SWATCH is currently searching for aLEARNING CONTENT DESIGNER 100%Job descriptionDesign and develop product learning content that simplifies movements, complications, materials, and craftsmanship for diverse retail audiences.Create storytelling-driven learning modules that bring brand heritage, craftsmanship, and collection narratives to life.Develop customer excellence training programs focused on luxury behaviors, emotional intelligence, and elevated client interactions.Build coaching tools and learning resources to support store managers and trainers in reinforcing learning on the shop floor.Produce blended learning journeys combining digital, virtual, and in-person formats for global deployment.Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Retail teams to ensure content accuracy, brand alignment, and operational relevance.Leverage learning analytics to measure impact, optimize content, and enhance learner engagement across markets.ProfileBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.3 to 5 years minimum experience in learning design, retail training, or brand education (luxury, fashion or watches preferred).Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite & LMS Platform.Professional requirementsStrong skills in instructional design, storytelling, and content creationAbility to simplify complex technical topics and craft engaging narrativesA passion for craftsmanship, retail excellence, and elevating the client experienceStrong organizational skills and attention to detailLanguagesExcellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plusCompany addressYour new employer:At Swatch we don't do boring.
