Our client is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join their team in Zug. They specialize in enterprise blockchain solutions, offering scalable and cost-efficient technology to enhance trust and efficiency for businesses.
Your responsibilities:
1. Lead negotiations and execution of commercial and technology agreements
2. Accelerate strategic transactions and business growth
3. Support M&A, due diligence, and investment activities
4. Advise on corporate structuring, compliance, and risk management
5. Oversee corporate filings, governance, and regulatory compliance
6. Manage legal operations, improve processes, and work with external counsel
7. Mentor junior legal team members and collaborate with HR on training
Minimum qualifications:
* A qualified lawyer with over 5 years of post-qualification experience, including 3 years in-house within the tech industry
* Expertise in technology law, intellectual property licensing, and handling complex commercial agreements
* Proficiency in corporate law, governance, and M&A transactions, with a strong grasp of regulatory environments (experience in fintech and blockchain is a plus!)
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
