Ensure manufacturing-ready design of components (such as plastic, stamped, and bended parts) in close collaboration with relevant departments and product teams. /p /lilipInnovation Creativity: Identify, propose, and implement innovative technology developments and solutions. Bring your own creative ideas to the table to advance low-voltage products and systems. /p /lilipCollaboration Project Support: Collaborate proactively with cross-functional project and product teams to integrate and implement design solutions smoothly. /p /lilipDocumentation Reporting: Meticulously document engineering work steps and actively participate in creating technical written reports for the department.br /br /br /br /br / /p /li /ulQualificationsbr /ullipAcademic Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field. /p /lilipProfessional Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven professional experience in a relevant engineering field. /p /lilipTechnical Expertise: Strong technical knowledge in the design of plastic components as well as stamped/bended parts. Ideal candidates will also have foundational technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems in low-voltage products. /p /lilipDesign Tools Mastery: Proficient in using CAD software (preferably SolidWorks) and MS Office applications (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project). /p /lilipMindset Working Style: High degree of self-motivation, a quick learner, and a results-oriented approach with a positive, proactive attitude. Demonstrated technical competence within your own area of responsibility. /p /lilipLanguage Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate comfortably in both written and spoken English and German.
