The Vaud Hospitals (Head of IT Infrastructure & Support Services / IT Infrastructure Service Manager) is the preferred partner of over 12 hospitals and regional health establishments in the canton of Vaud. The FHVi supports them in the numerous challenges of digitization in the health sector and has the main missions of planning, designing, implementing, and operating the information system of its members. There are over 110 people serving more than a hundred geographical sites across three cantons (VD, VS, FR). As the Head of IT Infrastructure & Support Services, you will take on the responsibility and management of a key area encompassing: Service Desk, On-Site Support, Demand Management, as well as Logistics & IT support, leading a team of approximately 20 people. In this position, you are responsible for the quality and performance of IT services: you ensure compliance with SLAs, manage continuous improvement, and ensure communication between technical teams, suppliers, and stakeholders. Key missions include:- Management & Leadership: Want to unite and help your teams grow? Supervise and support a team of around 20, inspiring engagement and performance.- Plan and prioritize activities, distribute tasks, monitor workload, and ensure deadlines and efficiency.- Identify talents and support skill development through coaching, mentoring, and sharing best practices.- Lead team meetings, implement and evolve internal procedures to optimize processes and service quality.- Promote a culture of mutual aid and service quality.Network Management: Ready to ensure the excellence of IT services and service quality? - Work closely with Infrastructure teams and management to align IT services with organizational goals and ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs.- Manage major incidents and conduct root cause analyses (RCA) to prevent future malfunctions.- Identify and implement continuous improvement actions to optimize processes and performance.- Oversee IT-related activities: deployment, inventory management, and follow-up.Comfortable creating synergies and managing key interactions? - Supervise interaction with all internal stakeholders and establishments to ensure smooth and quality service.- Provide regular reporting to management on risks, major incidents, and customer satisfaction levels.- Manage and develop relationships with suppliers and technology partners to maximize the value of IT services.- Ensure compliance with internal procedures in line with FHVi standards and objectives.Your profile: What makes you unique and experienced? Engineer in computer science or equivalent, with at least 10 years of experience in structured IT environments with ITIL methodologies.
