N-Dream is the technology company behind AirConsole, the casual‐local gaming platform that has redefined how people play together on any screen and has brought gaming to cars. Following our recent acquisition, we’re entering an exciting new chapter, expanding beyond gaming into a broader portfolio of products that leverage our core technology and reach.
AirConsole is where we started. N-Dream is where we’re going. We’re looking for a Head of Marketing to help the world understand the difference and to build the foundation for what comes next.
This is a rare opportunity to shape the identity of a company in transition, to take ownership of N-Dream’s overall marketing strategy, both for AirConsole and for the new products that we are bringing to market. You will own marketing strategy and, just as importantly, execution. This is a hands‑on role: you will bring ideas, ship campaigns and launches, and raise the bar on how we show up with OEM partners and in the market.
You will work with premium automotive partners like BMW/Audi/Porsche‑level brands and coordinate assets/approvals with license holders like Sony, Mattel, and Bandai. You will report to the COO and lead our marketing team (currently a Marketing Manager and a Marketing Intern).
What You’ll Do
* Define the N-Dream brand: develop and lead a company level strategy that positions N-Dream as a multi‑product technology company.
* Own go‑to‑market strategy, positioning, launch planning, and post launch growth from zero to one for the new products N-Dream is creating.
* Raise the bar of our existing marketing for AirConsole and help execute it: priorities, plans, and shipped outcomes.
* Build strong relationships with OEM stakeholders and drive joint marketing plans that partners actually execute.
* Turn launches into adoption: improve discovery, activation, and repeat usage with concrete initiatives.
* Create and ship partner‑facing marketing assets: announcements, toolkits, videos, messaging, and in‑car placement concepts.
* Own positioning and messaging: clear narratives for AirConsole, N‑Dream, and new products/features.
* Drive PR with our PR agent: story angles, media outreach, announcements, and executive visibility.
* Coordinate licensing approvals/assets (Sony/Mattel/Bandai) and keep timelines moving.
* Collaborate with our Events Manager on CES/Gamescom: partner narrative, content/materials, and follow‑up.
* Lead our marketing team (Marketing Manager + Marketing Intern): set priorities, coach, delegate, and maintain a high quality bar.
* Track results and learn: define a simple KPI set and iterate based on what drives discovery and usage.
What We’re Looking For (required)
* Experience launching new products in a partner‑led / B2B2C environment.
* Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder management skills.
* Proven ability to generate ideas and execute them into measurable outcomes.
* Strong writing, messaging, and communication skills (partner‑facing and internal).
* Comfortable working in‑office and traveling regularly.
* Fluent German and English (spoken and written).
Nice to have
* Automotive/device ecosystem experience.
* Experience with licensing/brand approvals or strict brand guidelines.
* Experience working with PR agencies and media narratives.
* Experience launching new products/features.
