Marketing & Events Coordinator (German speaking)
ISS STOXX is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join the EMEA Marketing team with a strong focus on event management.
Role dedication: approximately 70% of the time will be spent managing and executing marketing events across the region, with responsibilities gradually expanding into broader marketing duties during off‑peak seasons.
Language requirements: fluent in English and German; proficiency in a third European language is a strong asset.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events across EMEA, including logistics, vendor management, branding, and post‑event reporting.
* Assist in campaign execution, content creation, and digital marketing activities during non‑event periods.
* Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
* Maintain timelines, budgets, and documentation for marketing activities.
* Support localization of marketing materials and communications across multiple languages.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
* 1–3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on event coordination or generalist roles.
* Fluent in German and English; proficiency in a third European language (e.g., French, Italian, Dutch) is a plus.
* Strong organizational and project management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
* Comfortable working with cross‑functional teams in a multicultural environment.
* Experience with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Illustrator, CMS systems) is an advantage.
* Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
