Training Officer: Vocational Education in Joinery
We are seeking a Training Officer to join our organization and take responsibility for the education of the next generation of craftsmen.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing and conducting training courses for craftsmen and apprentices.
* Planning, organization and implementation of vocational training courses for skilled craftsmen and apprentices
* Maintenance of learner data
* Annual planning, scheduling and coordination of training courses and examinations
* Weekly, daily and hourly planning of courses and exams
* Procurement of materials and provision of course materials and workshop infrastructure
* Review, revision and redevelopment of course materials in accordance with the curriculum
* Support for the head expert in the organization and implementation of examinations
* Participation as an examination expert
Communication and Coordination:
* Exchange with external lecturers and coordination of external courses
* Exchange with partner companies and feedback on course progress
* Organization and support of assistant instructors
* Course evaluations, creation of reports and feedback to vocational trainers and learners via Sephir
* Conducting site assessments in collaboration with the vocational school and the examiners office
Requirements:
* Completed vocational training as a joiner or sanitary installer
* Further education in the field (e.g. polisher, master craftsman)
* Experience in planning and conducting training courses or workshops (comparable position) would be advantageous
* Enjoyment of working with young people
* Independent, structured work style and organizational talent
* Strong communication skills, team ability and openness in dealing with learners, schools and businesses
Key Responsibilities:

* Developing and implementing training programs for vocational students
* Providing guidance and support to learners during their training
* Coordinating with external partners and stakeholders to deliver training programs
Requirements:

* Experience in planning and conducting training courses or workshops (comparable position)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
