Position Overview In our Private Banking Team der Personalbank, we passionately advise and support our employees, their partners, and pensioners with assets between CHF 1 and 5 million on topics such as investments, financing, and retirement planning. We act as experienced and competent specialists, creating personalized customer experiences and collaborating closely with relevant stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities Develop needs-oriented solutions considering the individual wishes, goals, and life situations of our clients.
Advise and support clients in investment, financing, and retirement planning.
Collaborate closely with internal specialists.
Expand existing business relationships with your own client portfolio.
Identify and develop customer potential, guiding clients into suitable segments (e.g., Key Clients).
Participate in professional events and represent the bank at functions.
Your Profile Completed further education (e.g., MAS, HF, FH, or FA).
Several years of sales experience in Private Banking, preferably in the high-net-worth segment or a similar demanding client environment, including managing your own client book.
Excellent knowledge in investments (including stock trading), complex financing, and retirement planning.
Team-oriented, proactive personality with high integrity.
Excellent German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage.
