What you will do: Responsible for our online accounts in Switzerland; Galaxus, Brack.ch, MediaMarkt Customer relationship management Responsible for delivering sales, margin and profitability Management of the online sales monitoring system Development of countermeasures if targets are not achieved Development of the online customer care strategy Delivery of stock planning and management Competitor analysis Participation in international exhibitions Preparation for the launch of new products Delivery of best practice and continuous improvement across the business What you need to succeed: Proven track record in online sales and marketing Understanding of the digital consumer & shopper journey, the key touch points, and players in the digital landscape and their drivers Hands-on experience in digital sales and marketing e.g. analytics, digital media, online marketing, e-trade, online sales Experience of online measurement tools Strong analytical skills Very good MS-Office knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Business fluency in German and English Ideally understanding of French and Italian Open-minded, flexible and collaborative team player Well organized and structured, proactive, target oriented, conscientious and resilient Customer orientated Preferably a background in the white goods industry, consumer electronics or consumer durables What we offer: Attractive remuneration package Car Bonus Collaborative office environment in Baar, Switzerland Hybrid working jidec3377aa jit0418a jiy25a
