Responsibilities Support and assist our internal sales organization (general agencies and brokers)
Contribute to achieving our targets in production and profitability
Manage your assigned portfolio (renewals / sanarisations)
Calculate and independently prepare standardized as well as complex quotations
Review applications for quality for risk acceptance
Collaborate in projects to improve our products and processes
Qualifications Completed commercial basic training and insured-specific further education (e.g., Swiss Federal VET or equivalent) desired
Professional experience as an underwriter in non-life personal insurance and/or in corporate client servicing
Interest in social insurance topics
Good MS Office skills and ability to use AI tools to support daily tasks, improve efficiency, and contribute to data-based decisions
Assertive and communicative with negotiation skills in personal dialogue
Business-fluent German and French or Italian desired
