Ph3Requirements /h3 ul liYou have a similar experience in a Private Bank /li liYou are available ASAP for at least a year /li /ul h3About Our Client /h3 pA private bank in Geneva. /p h3Job Description /h3 pYou will join a small and collaborative team of 4 people, working closely with the team manager and key internal stakeholders. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liPrepare and deliver high-quality RFPs (Requests for Proposal) and due diligence questionnaires for institutional clients /li liDraft clear, compelling and compliant answers aligned with investment strategies and company messaging /li liMaintain and update consultant databases and marketing content to ensure accuracy and visibility /li liKeep fund documentation and due diligence materials up to date and standardised /li liCoordinate inputs across multiple internal teams (Investment, Risk, Compliance, Operations) /li liManage multiple projects simultaneously while respecting deadlines /li liContribute to the organisation and efficiency of the team's workflows and documentation /li /ul h3The Successful Applicant /h3 h3Profile /h3 ul liExperience in a similar RFP / product specialist / client servicing role within Asset Management is strongly preferred /li liStrong understanding or interest in financial markets and asset classes (long-only and/or alternatives) /li liExcellent writing skills with a strong attention to detail /li liAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines /li liProactive, hands-on and able to contribute quickly /li liTeam player with strong communication skills /li /ul ul liDegree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field /li liFluency in English and French (written and spoken) /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) /li /ul h3What's on Offer /h3 p12-month contract in a major private bank. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
