We like to program in pairs, challenge our knowledge, and share what we learn—because growing together is part of what we do best. /ph3About The Role /h3pWe are looking for a bSales Manager /b to lead the acquisition of new clients and high-value business opportunities. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a key role in driving WellD’s growth strategy and shaping the future of our commercial operations in Switzerland. This is a high-impact, strategic role with the opportunity to eventually establish and lead our bSales function /b in Switzerland. You will focus on acquiring new clients, with the management of existing client relationships remaining outside your scope. /ph3Where you’ll work /h3pThis position is based in Ticino, Switzerland, with required office presence in Agno (Lugano) and flexibility to travel across the region for client meetings. /ph3What You'll Do /h3ulliDrive the acquisition of new clients and business opportunities in Ticino and across Switzerland. /liliBuild and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, turning opportunities into lasting partnerships. /liliCollaborate with the CEO to define and implement strategic commercial objectives. /liliEvaluate and monitor sales performance, proposing initiatives to continuously optimize the business pipeline. /liliRepresent WellD at industry events, conferences, and client engagements. /liliContribute to the preparation and support of RFPs, tenders, and competitive bids. /liliShape the future of the Sales function in Switzerland, bringing structure, vision, and ideas to the table. /liliIndependently manage complex negotiations, high-level presentations, and proposals. /li /ulh3What We’re Looking For /h3h3Must-have skills experience /h3ulli10+ years of experience in sales, ideally as a Sales Manager, with part of this experience gained in Switzerland. /liliProven experience in an IT consultancy company. /liliDeep knowledge of the Ticino market; experience across Switzerland is a plus. /liliStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with decision-makers. /liliFluent in Italian and English; German or French is a plus. /liliHighly autonomous, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a flexible, unstructured environment. /liliOwn transportation and willingness to travel for client meetings. /li /ulh3Nice-to-have /h3ulliExperience creating or leading a sales function. /li /ulh3What We Offer /h3ulliFull-time position with a competitive Swiss salary (fixed part ranging b/w 80k and 100k CHF, plus variable result-bound incentives). /liliMacBook and all necessary equipment for a productive work environment. /liliSupport for continuous professional development, conferences, and courses. /liliA stimulating, high-impact role with opportunities to shape the company’s growth strategy in Switzerland. /liliCollaborative, dynamic, and supportive environment that values learning and innovation. /li /ulh3Important to know /h3ulliOpen to Swiss citizens, residents, or EU/Schengen citizens. /liliOffice presence required in Agno. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
