Responsibilities
* Handle incoming tickets, prioritizing and documenting solutions effectively.
* Manage automated rollouts and lifecycle of Windows and macOS devices.
* Support users on‑site with hardware issues and complex rollouts.
* Administration of Microsoft 365 as well as Azure or Entra ID, including implementation of security and compliance requirements.
* Monitoring system stability with tools like Datto RMM and Trend Micro and sustainable resolution of complex faults.
* Support in IT projects and close collaboration with the decentralised IT key users at our locations.
* Direct support of users on site with hardware issues and technical problems.
Qualifications
* Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or comparable qualification with a focus on system technology or IT support.
* At least two years of practical experience in IT support, 1st/2nd level or IT system administration.
* Confident handling of Microsoft 365, Azure and Intune. Knowledge in managing business applications and their interfaces such as ERP or middleware is an advantage.
* You work in a structured way and keep an overview and service quality in focus even with a high ticket volume.
* A category B driving licence is mandatory for support at our locations.
