* Working closely with regional and local HR teams to ensure consistent HR practices.
* Implementing effective performance management systems.
* Ensuring compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations.
Talent Management Focus
The role requires strong problem-solving, people management, and change management skills. The ideal candidate will have:
* A Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
* Over 6 years of experience in a regional or Global HR role within a global environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to understand and align HR strategies with business objectives.
