 
        
        We are seeking a talented, dynamic and results-driven
Sales Manager
to spearhead our North American growth strategy. This role will be employed by our Swiss headquarters but fully dedicated to driving the development and success of our U.S. and Canadian operations, primarily through our start-up subsidiary.
The position requires frequent and extended travel across North America (mainly the U.S.), up to 50% of the time, including multi-week stays to build strong distributor and reseller relationships and lead educational activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Business Development & Sales Growth
o Drive acquisition and growth with distributors and resellers across the U.S. and Canada.
o Build and expand a strong distribution and customer network to meet and exceed sales targets.
o Identify and pursue strategic opportunities to enter new markets and product categories.
• Relationship Management
o Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with distributors, resellers, and key
accounts.
o Actively promote the company brand in North America, ensuring visibility and brand
positioning.
• Education & Marketing
o Educate distributor field sales teams and retail staff, organizing and conducting
masterclasses and product training.
o Plan and execute marketing activities in collaboration with distributors.
o Represent the company at national and regional trade shows and industry events.
• Reporting & Coordination
o Provide regular updates to Swiss HQ on sales performance, market trends, and new
opportunities.
o The candidate will report to:
 * International Sales Director
 * Vice-President of Business Development North America
o Collaborate closely with HQ to ensure alignment with global strategies and objectives.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Proven hunter mentality with a track record of driving sales growth and closing deals.
• Solid knowledge of the North American market
• 3/5+ years of experience in sales, ideally managing distributors in the professional beauty industry or related sectors.
• Strong knowledge of industry and retail dynamics.
• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 50%) across North America, with the ability to stay for extended periods.
• Comfortable working independently for long periods, with periodic support from management.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in English (C2 level or native); additional languages such as Spanish are a strong
advantage.
• Strong digital skills (Microsoft Office Suite); experience with HubSpot CRM is a plus.
• Knowledge and practical use of AI tools (e.g., for sales analytics, customer engagement, and
content generation) to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• U.S. residency or valid work permit is an advantage, but the company will sponsor the necessary visa process.
