We communicate Roche’s strategy and how we deliver on our purpose of “Doing now what patients need next” to Roche colleagues and external audiences. We drive integrated and global campaigns and provide platforms for communications business partners as well as our affiliates to engage with audiences. We contribute to building trust of key stakeholders, managing Roche’s brand and reputation, and building a favourable environment for our business. /ph3Senior Intelligence Manager (Measurement) /h3pThe Senior Intelligence Manager (Measurement) defines, enables, and scales how Roche measures the impact of its digital communications across internal and external audiences. This role goes beyond performance tracking to build and enhance the foundations that make measurement effective, consistent, and scalable while shaping data collection, structure, and activation across the organisation. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliMeasure and Report Performance: Track Roche’s paid and organic activity across global channels, translating complex data into actionable insights and narratives that inform business strategies. /liliDefine Measurement Frameworks: Evolve frameworks for both holistic and campaign‑specific KPIs to enable benchmarking, optimisation, and long‑term organisational learning. /liliDesign Data Ecosystems: Partner with IT and data engineering to design scalable data pipelines, ensuring automated ingestion and integration of data into centralised environments such as data lakes. /liliEstablish Data Standards: Set best practices for data layers and tracking frameworks to ensure consistent, accurate data collection across all platforms, channels, and markets. /liliDrive Research and Insights: Derive insights from social and audience data using analytics, listening, and custom research to build a single source of truth for communications performance. /liliInnovate with Emerging Tech: Explore measurement approaches for Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) to improve Roche’s visibility within AI‑driven search and discovery environments. /liliEnable Global Collaboration: Partner with Internal Communications to align standards and coach colleagues, fostering a culture of data‑driven decision‑making and technical excellence. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliMinimum of 7 years of relevant experience in social media intelligence or digital analysis and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. /liliProficiency with Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Google Analytics, Snowflake, and Power BI; preferred experience with Tableau, Data Studio, or Python. /liliStrong analytical strategy skills, capable of measurement, critical thinking, and decision‑making, and interpreting multi‑market and multilingual social intelligence data. /liliExcellent communication and presentation skills, able to translate complex data structures into meaningful stories. /liliFluency in English; additional fluency in German is a vital asset. /li /ulpRoche is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
