Gain hands-on process implementation and data analytics experience and contribute to our growth. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport the monthly Demand and Supply Planning cycle by updating and validating data sources using internal business intelligence and reporting tools /liliSupport preparation and updating of Demand and Supply plans in Microsoft Excel in alignment with defined SOP timelines /liliSupport analysis and consolidation of planning data to ensure transparency and data quality within the SOP process /liliAssist in the preparation of presentations and materials for global and regional SOP meetings /liliCreate and maintain process documentation for Global SOP processes to be used for internal training purposes (PowerPoint) and for external vendors during future software implementations (BPMN) /liliSupport Global SOP projects with administrative and coordination tasks, including follow‑up on action items and documentation of decisions /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliRecently completed or studying towards pursuing a degree in Data Science, Supply Chain, Econometrics, Business Analytics, Process Management, or a related field /liliStrong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools /liliInterest in process development, data analytics, change management and project management /liliBasic understanding of Demand Supply Planning or SOP concepts is a plus /liliExcellent communication skills in English; ability to simplify complex data for diverse audiences /liliPassion for enabling organizations to deliver their best possible performance, curious, proactive, independent and eager to learn in a fast-paced global environment /liliPreferred: Initial professional experience in process management, data analytics or supply chain /li /ulh3Location/Contact/Application /h3pContact person: Kristina Peric, Teamlead HR Services /ppPlease submit your application via the ‘Apply’ button.
