Your missions include managing various tasks for the 2 establishments and coordinating the work of the receptionist. You will handle arrivals and departures, manage the seminar rooms and restaurant bookings. You will mentor, train, coach, and evaluate individuals to promote their reintegration. You will manage reception tasks as well as the phone and email communication. You will handle requests and organize the schedules for rooms, seminar halls, and the restaurant. You will establish offers and coordinate with other services, organize seminars and banquets, ensure the welcome and departure of residents, and manage room keys. You will perform tasks related to incidents and co-supervise the team, organizing, distributing, and controlling work. You will develop the professional and personal skills of beneficiaries and facilitate their reintegration into the job market.
