Sanco AG is a well-established trading company with decades of experience in fruit juice, fresh produce, and IQF products. We currently supply industrial customers throughout Europe and aim to further strengthen our presence in this market. At the same time, we are preparing to enter new international markets in Asia and the USA. To support this growth, we are looking for a dedicated Sales Manager (m/f/d) to expand our existing business and actively drive our international development.
Your responsibilities:
1. Manage and grow existing customer relationships across Europe
2. Strategically expand our market presence in Europe and actively develop new markets in Asia and the USA
3. Independently acquire new customers in the fruit juice, fresh produce, and IQF segments
4. Prepare offers, conduct negotiations, and close contracts
5. Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
6. Develop and implement effective sales strategies – including through digital channels
7. Actively use LinkedIn as a sales and lead generation tool
8. Collaborate closely with purchasing, quality assurance, and logistics teams
9. Represent Sanco AG at international trade fairs and industry events
Your profile:
1. At least 3 years of experience in international trade of fruit juice, fresh produce, and ideally IQF products
2. An active network and a solid customer base
3. Strong knowledge of European markets and initial or existing contacts in Asia and/or the USA
4. Experience using LinkedIn for sales and business development
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
6. Entrepreneurial mindset and high level of initiative
7. Excellent business English skills (spoken and written), other languages are a plus (e.g. French, Italian, Spanish, Chinese, or Japanese)
8. Willingness to travel within Europe and to develop new markets overseas
9. Ideally in a professional phase with several years of experience and a long-term perspective
