Main Tasks
As Corporate Controller IT & Service, you are responsible for timely and high-quality planning and reporting. You advise and support as a business partner to the Head of Global IT, his leadership team, and the heads of local service companies in Switzerland. Your activities include:
* Supporting and leading the annual budget processes, forecasts, and ongoing business reviews
* Performing target vs. actual analyses and deriving recommendations for action to improve efficiency and reduce costs
* Leading/supporting various finance-related projects in IT and developing the information and KPI systems
* Executing, monitoring, and improving the group internal IT cost recharging process
* Providing finance/controlling support for foreign service companies, including ad-hoc analyses and recommendations
* Conducting group-wide internal training for local service controllers
Profile
You hold a degree in business/economics with a focus on finance/controlling and have at least 3 years of professional experience in controlling or finance, ideally in an international environment. Your skills include:
* Strong analytical and quantitative skills
* Basic understanding of modern IT landscapes and processes
* Solution- and team-oriented working style with excellent communication skills
* Proactivity and willingness to go the extra mile
* Proficiency in German and English
* Solid knowledge of SAP FI/CO; experience with BI and analysis tools (e.g., SAP SAC) is an advantage; strong Excel skills are expected
