To support this expansion, our Finance Optimization team is seeking a Manager to join us in Basel, Zurich or Geneva. /ph3Role Overview /h3pAs a Manager, you will lead client engagements and multidisciplinary teams across digital finance transformation programmes. You will take ownership of workstreams, manage stakeholders, and ensure the delivery of high‑quality outputs. /ph3Your Key Responsibilities /h3ulliLead digital finance transformation engagements including ERP/EPM programmes, automation use cases, and finance data analytics workstreams. /liliAnalyze and improve end‑to‑end finance processes (e.g., R2R, O2C, P2P, FPA), translating business requirements into clear process designs and functional specifications. /liliGuide and mentor project teams to ensure quality and effective collaboration. /liliDesign and lead client workshops and manage stakeholders. /liliDrive planning, governance, risk mitigation and executive reporting. /liliCollaborate with EY service lines to bring holistic solutions to clients. /liliLead business development and proposal activities. /liliContribute to thought leadership and internal methodologies. /li /ulh3To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have /h3ulliBachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field. /lili6–9 years of relevant experience in consulting or finance transformation. /liliExperience leading ERP/EPM or finance transformation workstreams. /liliStrong project and stakeholder management skills. /liliAbility to lead teams and ensure high‑quality client delivery. /liliA relevant professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is an advantage. /liliFluency in English/German; French a plus. /li /ulh3EY | Building a better working world /h3pEY is building a better working world by creating new value for clients, people, society and the planet, while building trust in capital markets.
