About the role
As Legal Counsel, you will play a central role in supporting the company's global commercial activities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Procurement, and Compliance, as well as external partners.
You will:
* Draft, negotiate and review complex commercial agreements across multiple jurisdictions.
* Provide legal advice on procurement and supplier contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.
* Support business strategy by refining legal templates and frameworks, and advising on key operational decisions.
* Participate in high-level negotiations and help resolve commercial disputes and claims.
* Lead legal aspects of strategic projects while upholding the highest standards of integrity.

About the candidate
To succeed in this role, you will bring 4-8 years of post-qualification experience, ideally with a blend of private practice and in-house legal work in international environments.
You will possess:
* A law degree with bar admission in Switzerland or another European jurisdiction.
* Expertise in commercial and contract law, particularly in negotiation and cross-jurisdictional matters.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to advise internal stakeholders and negotiate with external partners.
* A pragmatic, business-oriented mindset with the ability to manage risk while enabling commercial outcomes.
