This is a remote position requiring a high level of independence, strong technical and customer-facing skills, and close with internal ideal will be based in Switzerland, preferably within practical reach of their Yverdon-les-Bains office. This would allow for closer with their and Service team X it easier to host customers for when The role also requires regular travel to customer sites across Europe, including the Responsibilities:• Customer Engagement: Engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their workflows, technical requirements, and needs.• Product Deliver product and both remotely and in person, tailored to customer requirements.• Customer Visits: Host customer visits and support activities, Yverdon-les-Bains office when needed.• Cross-Functional Work closely with the sales, marketing, and service teams X regional business development activities.• Solution Development: customer projects and recommend solutions aligned with their scientific, and technical needs.• Customer Feedback: and customer feedback to internal stakeholders to support ongoing product and workflow improvements.• Regional Travel: Travel throughout Europe and the UK to support customer meetings, and profil Remote Work Capability: Proven ability to work independently in a remote role while remaining closely connected to internal teams.• Technical and Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand customer workflows and them X technical solutions.• Excellent written and verbal skills in English.
