We work with crypto solutions for financial institutions, businesses, governments, and developers to improve the global financial system and create greater economic fairness and opportunity worldwide. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliProvide front-line IT support via walk-ups, tickets, and chat, ensuring timely resolution within SLAs. /liliSupport and troubleshoot SaaS applications such as Google Workspace, Okta, Atlassian Cloud, Slack, and others. /liliDeliver technical expertise in macOS, Windows, and device/identity management (Azure AD, Jamf, Intune). /liliManage employee lifecycle tasks, including onboarding, offboarding, and equipment reclamation. /liliLead New Hire IT Orientation and provide day-one technical guidance. /liliAct as the point of contact for conference room AV systems (Neat, Crestron, Zoom). /liliMaintain accurate asset management and inventory records. /liliDevelop and maintain IT documentation for end users and internal teams. /liliSupport IT initiatives, including deployments, office moves, and system migrations. /liliProvide coverage for teammates during absences; participate in global on-call rotations when required. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliProven experience providing IT support in a corporate environment. /liliProficiency with ticketing systems such as Jira and FreshService. /liliHands‑on experience supporting enterprise SaaS platforms. /liliFamiliarity with conference room technologies (Neat, Crestron, Logitech). /liliExperience with Wi‑Fi, VPN, DNS, or basic networking troubleshooting. /liliKnowledge of information security best practices. /liliStrong problem‑solving and communication skills. /liliWillingness to work onsite five days a week to foster collaboration and real‑time troubleshooting. /li /ulh3Benefits /h3pCompetitive salary, bonuses, and equity.
