Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Italy Sales Manager. The Italy Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations, building and maintaining customer relationships, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The role involves regular communication with Retail clients (Grocery, DIY, Pharmacies and System Integrators), market analysis, and reporting to senior management. Additionally, the Sales Manager will coordinate with the marketing team to create promotional activities and identify new market opportunities.
Qualifications
* Sales management and strategic planning skills (Electronic Shelf Labels)
* Customer relationship management and client communication skills (Retailers GDO)
-> This is the most important part, experience in retail business is highly preferred
* Market analysis and reporting experience
* Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English
* Ability to work on-site in Morbio Inferiore
* Experience in the electronics or technology sector is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related field
