You are an innovative and experienced consultant who is passionate about applying toxicology principles and methods to investigate human and ecological health risks posed by environmental, occupational, and/or consumer product exposures. You welcome the opportunity to serve as a testifying expert or consulting expert in legal cases that hinge on toxicology. Your primary practice is toxicology, and could also include one or more of the following subjects:

* Emerging contaminants

* Consumer product safety and stewardship
* Legal support

About The Job
Integral's principals are business leaders, client leaders, and staff leaders. Paramount to the position is successful client development—for both existing and new clients and in both existing and new services. Principals are recognized within and beyond the firm as technical and strategic subject matter experts in one or more subjects. They consistently generate labor revenue of at least $1.25M per year through a combination of collaborative and independent efforts.
Principals direct major technical efforts and project teams, ensuring technical excellence, alignment with contractual requirements, and compliance with the firm's quality assurance program and health and safety program. They help develop the next generation of firm leaders, by recruiting new talent and coaching colleagues. Prior consulting experience is essential.
This position may offer in-office, remote, or hybrid opportunities based on the candidate's location and the needs of the organization.

Responsibilities
* Generate $1.25M in labor revenue annually by expanding work with existing clients and developing new clients
* Deliver high quality products to clients
* Support the career growth of staff
* Promote and expand the firm's reputation, as well as one's personal reputation, by presenting at scientific conferences and publishing in the peer-reviewed scientific literature
* Understand and promote compliance with Integral's Health and Safety Program and Quality Management Program
* Ensure that work is performed by the most appropriate staff and in accordance with the applicable standard of care.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
* Advanced degree in toxicology, pharmacology, public health, or related field
* DABT, ERT or similar certification
* 15 years of directly relevant experience (e.g., in consulting, industry, trade association, research institute)
* Successful track record in generating $1.25M per year in business and completing projects on time, on schedule, and with high quality
* Exceptional written and oral communication skills
* Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high quality work products
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* A desire to grow both intellectually and professionally
* Possess strong organizational abilities
* Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team of scientists and engineers
Compensation is commensurate with experience and internal equity. An employee's total compensation package includes annual salary; company-subsidized (employee and family) medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) participation with a company match of 1% to 4% of annual compensation; company-paid life and short- and long-term disability insurance; paid sick leave (10 days), paid vacation (20 days), paid holidays (9 days) per year; and the potential for an annual discretionary bonus based on company performance. Paid time off will be prorated to reflect part-time scheduled hours, if applicable.

Salary Description
$140,000–$210,000
