What You Can Expect
To achieve total budgeted sales and individual product targets for the assigned territory and to represent the Company in the highest professional manner. To adhere to Company policies at all times. Attain proportionate regional sales targets and exceed present Company turnover. To maintain and grow profitability by adherence to Company pricing policies.
How You'll Create Impact
• To sell on an entirely exclusive basis, the Company's range of RECON & TDS products as directed by management strategies. With a focus on GOLD accounts.
• To develop close relationships with all orthopedic surgeons and allied stakeholders on the territory. Big PLATINUM accounts follow up.
• To provide, or arrange to be provided, all the necessary training in the use of ZimmerBiomet products.
• To follow up any leads or visits, as directed by the Regional Sales Manager, in a timely manner.
• To adhere to divisional sales strategies under the guidance of the Regional Sales Manager
• To devote adequate time to acquiring the necessary knowledge of ZimmerBiomet and competitive products required for him/her to be effective.
• To undertake other duties such as attendance at sales meetings, exhibitions, staff training etc. when required by the Regional Sales Manager.
• Responsible to keep SF.com up to date for his accounts
• To adhere to divisional PRAM guidelines
• To provide on a monthly basis a report to the Regional Sales Manager, outlining performance, activities and competitive situation
• To ensure that hospital SF.com info is kept up to date and available for inspection at all times.
• To provide forecasts and market research information to divisional management as and when required.
• To commit adequate expenses and resources to cover all orthopedic hospitals within the territory on a regular basis.

Your Background
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• Understanding of health economic and health policy interrelations
• Strong networking capabilities and sound business acumen to identify, plan, and execute on services
• Strong knowledge in Orthopedics, with specific knowledge of competitor’s products and strategies
• Significant level of clinical expertise
• Strong presentations skills, customer centric, relationship and communication skills
• Entrepreneurial, target orientation and organizational skills
• Analysis capability, problem solving
• Team spirit, willing to learn
• Fluent German and communicative English
Travel Expectations
• Regular travel by car within the territory area
• Country travel as may be required with overnight stays
• Occasional international travel as required
