As part of the development of our site management activities, we are looking for a:
Site Manager (80/100%)
Your mission:
- Control of costs, deadlines and quality of construction sites
- Preparation of framework schedules and detailed execution schedules
- Establishment of contracts
- Site monitoring for all trades and reporting
- Coordination of contractors
- Conducting site meetings
- Preparation of minutes of site meetings
- Carrying out handovers with the Owners
- Follow-up of warranty works
- Monitoring and control of invoicing and final accounts
- Administrative tasks related to the site
Your skills:
- Higher education in construction / building draughtsman apprenticeship / site manager diploma or significant experience
- Proven experience in managing construction sites and coordinating different trades, including at least 3 years in Switzerland
- Teamwork skills, autonomy, rigour and overall vision
- Committed professional, your sense of priorities and work organisation reflect your rigour
- Proficiency in MS Project
- Mastery of Messerli Gestion and ability to prepare detailed bids
- Perfect command of the French language
- Driving licence
