My client is a Zürich-based B2B SaaS company offering a SaaS digital personal advisory solutions for banks, insurance companies, and asset managers. Their solution is currently used by cantonal banks, insurance companies and independent financial advisors.
We are looking for a Head of Product Growth to help define and execute the global go-to-market (GTM) strategy, spanning Product Strategy & Product Management.. Build and lead a modern marketing and growth organization aligned with Sales and Product. Reposition the product for international scale and category leadership in the evolving Fintech Personal Advisory solutions.
Location: Zürich - Hybrid with 3 days in the office.
Key responsibilities include:
* Takes overall responsibility for the business unit (P&L) including defining the offering and managing financial performance
* Creates, communicates, adapts value stream vision and strategy together with Sales, PMs, UX and Architects
* Works closely with UX and engineering teams to ensure that the offers developed meet customer needs and are implemented in a timely manner and with the required quality
* Coaches stakeholders and leadership team
* Manages the business unit in line with the portfolio and business strategy
* Promotes agile thinking and working, innovation, continuous improvement and collaboration within the business unit.
* Responsible for the product & service strategy / vision / roadmap
* Responsible for the product innovation and backlog (management and prioritization)
* Communicates the business unit's offering, progress and performance to stakeholders, customers and management
Preferred Background:
* 7+ years of experience in growth or product management, with a demonstrable track record of hitting ambitious targets in fast-paced environments.
* 10+ years of experience specifically in growth, product management and product marketing in the DACH and internal
* Good expertise in technical product development,
* Prior experience in high-growth Fintech, B2C/B2B, or talent platforms is strongly preferred.
* Proven experience of managing diverse growth teams (>25 FTEs)
* Background in a fast-paced environment such as a high growth tech startup.
* MBA required; advanced degrees are a plus.
* Fluent or Native German mandatory. English.
