BDO Switzerland offers an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Transfer Pricing specialist eager to develop their career within an international advisory practice. The candidate will help expand BDO Switzerland's Transfer Pricing Services while collaborating with the BDO international network.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provide in-depth TP advisory services to a diverse client base
* Conduct complex functional and risk analyses independently
* Review and design TP policies or structures
* Manage Global/Regional TP documentation projects
* Lead interdisciplinary projects (Corporate Tax, Indirect Tax, M&A, GMS, Valuation)
* Offer Country-by-Country reporting advisory and ensure compliance
* Assist with tax audits and dispute resolutions
* Manage and mentor junior team members
YOUR PROFILE
* Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Economics, Law, Tax Law, Corporate Finance, or related fields
* At least 5 years of full-time TP experience in industry or professional services, in Switzerland or abroad
* Proficient in English and French
* Strong interpersonal, project management, and client portfolio management skills
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics
* Innovative problem-solving abilities
* Self-motivated, reliable, and independent worker
