To reinforce our Global Communications team, we are currently looking for a

Senior Manager Group Employee Communications

THE JOB'S MISSION

Sunstar sets a high standard for employee communications, with clear governance, disciplined channel management and an expectation of measurable engagement outcomes. The
Senior Manager, Group Employee Communications
will elevate that standard at a defining moment in the company's evolution. As Sunstar implements its new global operating model and leadership structure, you will drive measurable engagement through strategic, clear message development and channel management, and establish a global framework that enables regional teams to localize effectively while keeping the narrative consistent and compelling.

KEY ACTIVITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES

* Align with HR to develop and implement internal communication efforts to ensure Sunstar employees around the world are informed, engaged and aligned with the company's vision and goals.
* Support issues and crisis management from an employee communications perspective, including by providing input on preparedness and response plans.
* Own the Global Portal (SharePoint), managing editorial policy and design standards. Explore the use of other tools (e.g. Teams, Viva Engage) to drive engagement and maximize the employee communications experience.
* Plan and deliver global leader town halls and major internal moments end-to-end: run-of-show, moderation approach, Q&A prep and facilitation and post-event reinforcement content.
* In partnership with HR, develop, coordinate and promote employee development and recognition events.
* Develop and execute communications strategy for key group internal initiatives such as annual all-employee survey.
* Maintain an editorial calendar for internal moments tied to the enterprise story; integrate with the broader corporate editorial calendar.
* Establish baselines, measure impact and engagement and adapt approach based on results.

EXPERIENCE

* 10+ years of experience in corporate communications, with a focus on employee communications, both in the corporate world and in agencies.
* Proven experience in employee engagement and executive-level communications in a global organization.
* Ability to work with all levels of hierarchy including senior management

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling audience-tailored messages.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate challenges, identify opportunities, and develop innovative solutions.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Robust knowledge of digital communication tools and platforms, including social media, content management systems, and analytics.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
* Sensitivity to the regional, international and multicultural environments in which the organization operates.
* Proven record of forging strong and effective relationships across the company
* Positive and cheerful attitude, ability to think outside the box and find ways to convince and convey the same message.

EDUCATION

* Bachelor's degree in PR / Communications /Journalism or related area preferred
* Native or near-native proficiency in English required. Additional European language preferred. Japanese language is a plus.
