We’re looking for a Director, Strategic Accounts, Growth & Solutions to lead new business growth and manage our most critical client relationships in the region. This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you’ll shape our presence in the Swiss Life Sciences market and drive success across our BPO, FSP, and workforce solutions portfolio.

What You’ll Be Driving
As Director Strategic Accounts, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our presence in the Swiss Life Sciences market. Your focus will be on:
* Positioning Hays as a strategic partner for outsourced services (FSP, BPO, MSP, RPO, CMO) by aligning our solutions with client business goals.
* Expanding our footprint within key accounts through consultative selling, cross-functional collaboration, and long-term relationship building.
* Driving revenue growth by increasing external headcount and identifying new opportunities for service expansion.
* Influencing market perception by representing Hays at industry events and building thought leadership in workforce solutions.
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for a commercially driven leader with:
* Proven experience in strategic account management and complex solution sales within the Life Sciences industry (Pharma, MedTech).
* Strong knowledge of outsourced service models including FSP, BPO, MSP, RPO, and staffing services.
* A well-established network of business and procurement stakeholders in Switzerland, with the ability to open doors and build trust quickly.
* An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for client success, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
Fluency in English is required; German and/or French are a strong advantage.
