At Skyguide, we're seeking a seasoned instructor to lead our APS and ADC training programs.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage course content, ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality learning experiences for students.
* Create engaging training materials for classroom and simulation environments, leveraging expertise in aviation operations and instructional design.
* Collaborate with colleagues and departments to support training development and delivery, driving continuous improvement in our training services.
* Represent Skyguide at international working groups and teams, fostering global partnerships and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of experience as a licensed Air Traffic Controller in Aerodrome (ADC) and Approach Control (APS), with additional validations preferred.
* Hold an On-the-Job-Training (OJTI) or Simulation Instructor (STDI) license endorsement; Classroom Instructor Certificate and/or Examiner/Assessor's Certificate desired.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with adaptability and active listening.
* English Language Proficiency (ELP) level 4 or higher.
